Mario Cavolo joined KBC China Shanghai in 2005. Monthly in Shanghai, he currently hosts a private by invitation only Executive Advisory Business Lunch Session at the exclusive Langham Hotel. This event is an actual working coaching session providing a discreet and confidential environment for no more than half a dozen senior level executives and entrepreneurs to gain focused attention on very specific needs and interest. Recently invited to appear on Bloomberg Television, Mario is highly regarded by clients for his insightful and experienced work as an advisor along with his expertise as a speaker, radio/TV/event emcee and script writer. Based in Shanghai since 1999, Mario now leads KBC China's business advisory and training services. He is also an accomplished jazz pianist and frequently integrates this expertise into his work with leaders on the dynamics of expression and influence in communication. |

| Harry Wong graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1999. Before KBC China, he worked for Clio Awards China office, in charge of the annual advertisement awards conference and China road show. He now oversees and manages all KBC event and client needs to insure that best quality products and services are delivered. |

| Daniel Smith is the Chairman of The China NLP Society. He completed five university degrees, including psychology, law and an MBA, after starting his first company at the age of 20, and spent four years working with the Anthony Robbins organization. Daniel is currently a Doctoral Candidate, whose thesis has the working title, “Transferring Expertise”. Based in Shanghai, Daniel holds a fourth degree black belt in karate, and is a Certified NLP Trainer and experienced coach, who focuses on cultivating and developing personal and organizational excellence. |
